General Questions:

What is “passwordless” login?

Great question! Instead of entering a password on our site, we’ll send you a verification code at the email address you used to register your account. To login, just enter the code that we emailed to you.

Nowadays, passwords are used everywhere. More and more, people re-use the same one across multiple sites and services, or create complicated passwords for each site, and frankly, we think it’s hard for anyone to remember all those passwords!

When you’re ready to sign in, just enter your email address. A temporary code will be sent to that email address for you to use. It will expire, so don’t wait too long! Check your email to get the code, and then return to the GoodRx Care page to enter that code. Once you do, you’re in!

If the code does expire, start over and a new code will be generated.

I didn’t get a verification code!

It probably went to your email’s spam folder. Check there, and if you’re still having issues, give us a call at 415-237-1378.

Do I have to do this every time I want to sign in?

Once you have signed in, our system will recognize your device for about 24 hours - long enough for you to complete your visit.

What if I want to change my email or no longer have access to the email I used before?

If you can still access your account with the original email address you used, then please sign in, and request a switch through the Messages portal. Our support team will take it from there.

If you cannot sign in because you no longer have access (maybe it was a work or school email address originally) then please give us a call at 415-237-1378 so we can assist you.

What if I’m still having issues?

We hope the transition goes smoothly, but if you have any problems accessing your account you can always give us a call at 415-237-1378.

Will I receive emails or other marketing from GoodRx now?

We’re excited to offer GoodRx health and savings information to GoodRx Care users. You will receive the GoodRx newsletter about topics such as how to save on prescriptions, the latest on COVID-19 vaccinations and other healthcare topics, as well as other general GoodRx emails.

You can unsubscribe from GoodRx emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the emails. To change your GoodRx notification preferences, sign into your GoodRx account. Once you have signed in, select your ‘Settings’ and then ‘Notifications’ to manage any communication from us.

How can I opt out of marketing emails?

At the bottom of all our emails will be an option to Unsubscribe. Click on that to opt out. If you miss us, you can always click on Resubscribe from one of our emails!

Can I get better access to my coupons this way?

If you have asked GoodRx Care to apply a GoodRx coupon to a prior prescription, that will remain on your file and should be applied automatically at the pharmacy. You can also look for more coupons for different prescriptions or pharmacies by visiting the GoodRx mobile app or website.
