Using the Chrome Browser

1. Go to the GoodRx Care website.

2. Click the Sign In link at the upper right corner.

3. Enter your email address and click Continue. You’ll be emailed a 6-digit verification code to finish logging in.

4. Open a new tab in the Chrome browser by clicking the "+" icon in the tab menu at the top. Please make sure that you do not close the GoodRx Care tab asking you to enter the verification code.

5. Log into your email in the new tab and check for the email containing the verification code. If you don’t see the email right away, give it a minute, refresh your inbox, and check your spam folder as well.

6. Once you have the verification code, click back on the GoodRx Care tab and enter the code to finish logging in.

7. Enter the code and click Sign In to complete the sign in process.


Using the Safari Browser

1. Go to the GoodRx Care website.

2. Click the Sign In link at the upper right corner.

4. Open a new tab in the Safari browser by clicking the "+" button in the upper right corner. Please make sure that you do not close the GoodRx Care tab asking you to enter the verification code.

6. Once you have the verification code, click back on the GoodRx Care tab and enter the code to finish logging in.
