You will know we've sent out the prescription when you get a message saying "I've just sent your prescription over to Blink Health - Home Delivery Pharmacy."
Once we've sent your prescription to Blink
If we sent your prescription to Blink Health Pharmacy, this means you will be getting the medication shipped directly to you. Blink generally takes about 3-5 business days to process and ship your order.
Blink will not update the online status of your order until it physically ships. Once it ships, Blink will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track your package!
If, after 5 business days you haven't heard from Blink, give them a call at 844-265-6444.
Can I change to local pickup?
Maybe! If we've already sent it to Blink Pharmacy, they may already be processing it and getting it ready to ship.
You can call Blink at 844-265-6444 and ask if you can switch to local pickup instead. Once you do that, let us know what they say.
