First things first - find out how you ordered 

Before you change your pharmacy you will need to check how you ordered your medication - was it for home delivery or local pickup? You can go to https://www.blinkhealth.com/account to find out or call Blink at 844-265-6444 to ask! 

Why? If you ordered for home delivery, but try to pick it up locally, your money that you prepaid on your Blink Card won't work! If you ordered for local pickup and have us send it to Blink Health for delivery without changing your order with Blink, you won't get your meds in the mail! 

Changing from Home Delivery to Local Pickup

  1. Call Blink at 844-265-6444 and let them know that you are switching to local pickup - this may change the price of your medication as home delivery is typically the cheapest option. Furthermore, they might have already dispensed your prescription to the mail order facility, at which point it is too late to switch.
  2. Make sure you choose a pharmacy that participates with Blink Health! You can check for this at https://www.blinkhealth.com/pharmacies. Some pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid do not accept Blink Health. 
  3. You also need to change your pharmacy in your profile: Go to Visit History -> View Details -> Change pharmacy, then search for the participating pharmacy that you found.   4. Go to https://www.blinkhealth.com/account/blink-card to find your Blink Card. You will use your Blink Card to show the pharmacy, which will act as your proof of purchase for buying the medication!

Changing from Local Pickup to Home Delivery

  1. Call Blink at 844-265-6444 and let them know that you would like to switch to home delivery.
  2. You also need to change your pharmacy in your profile: Go to Visit History -> View Details -> Change pharmacy, then select the mail-order options, and then select Blink Health.

  4. Blink generally takes 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. They won't update your online status until after the order has shipped, at which point they will email you a tracking number for your package. We recommend checking in with Blink Customer Service directly after 5 business days either online (https://www.blinkhealth.com/) or by phone at 844-265-6444. 

Changing from one local pharmacy to a different local pharmacy
