Our doctors will prescribe the medication and dosage that is right for you. This may be slightly different than what you pre-paid for on Blink’s website. Blink will refund, balance bill, or convert your order depending on if you paid for less or more medication than we prescribed - see example scenarios below!

Blink allows you to prepay for prescription medications, and then refers you to HeyDoctor where you can do an online consultation to request a prescription be written for you.

Our clinical team will evaluate all of the information you provide during your online visit and, when medically appropriate, write a  prescription that is right for you. They take into account your entire health history and possible risk factors to find the safest and most effective dose.  For this reason the prescription written by the doctor may differ from what you pre-selected at Blink.

If you paid for more than we prescribed

If you paid for more medication or a more expensive dosage than what we prescribed, Blink will send out what we prescribed, and refund you the difference automatically!

If you paid for less than we prescribed

If you paid for fewer tablets or a smaller dosage than what we prescribed, but the difference in price is small, Blink will "balance bill" you for the difference in price, and then send you what we prescribed

If you paid for much less than what we prescribed, Blink will send you out a quantity that matches what you bought. They will then leave the remaining pills from the prescription available as refills, so you could order the rest of the tablets later and still get the pills left on the prescription we sent.

Examples:

  • You paid for 100qty tablets of 25mg sildenafil. HeyDoctor wrote you a prescription for 30 tablets of 25mg sildenafil. Result: Blink will send you 30 tablets and refund you the difference.
  • You paid for 10qty tablets of 50mg sildenafil. HeyDoctor wrote you a prescription for 30 tablets of 50mg sildenafil. Result: Blink will send you 10qty tablets of 50mg sildenafil. You will have 2 refills remaining with Blink. If you pay Blink for those 20 remaining tablets when you need a refill they will send out the medication, and you wouldn't need a new prescription to get those 20 tablets.
  • You paid for 30qty tablets of 100mg Viagra. HeyDoctor wrote you a prescription for 30 tablets of 50mg Viagra. Result: Blink will refund you the difference in price between these two orders.
