You can cancel your Gold membership at any time from your GoodRx Care account.

Please note: You must log in to the GoodRx Care website through a web browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari) on your computer or phone. You will not be able to cancel your Gold membership through the GoodRx Care mobile app.

Steps to cancel a Gold membership on mobile web browser:

  1. Once you are logged in to your account, click GoodRx Gold under the Your Account menu.

  2. Under your GoodRx Gold Membership Plan Details, click the Cancel Membership button. Once you click Cancel Membership you will get a pop-up message to confirm the cancellation.

  3. Once you have clicked the second Cancel Membership button, you will see a green pop-up message in the lower corner of the screen confirming that your membership was successfully cancelled. The GoodRx Gold tab will no longer appear under Your Account.

Steps to cancel a Gold membership on desktop web browser:

  1. Once you are logged in to your account, click GoodRx Gold under the Your Account menu.

  2. You will see Gold Membership Plan Details, and a Cancel Membership button. Once you click Cancel Membership you will get a pop-up message to confirm the cancellation.

  3. Once you have clicked the second Cancel Membership button, you will see a green pop-up message in the lower corner of the screen confirming that your membership was successfully cancelled. The GoodRx Gold tab will no longer appear under Your Account.
