How do I cancel my visit?

If you've started a visit but have not submitted it yet:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the Visit History tab

  • Select the visit you wish to cancel and click the Cancel visit button

If you've already submitted your visit but want to cancel:

  • Log in to your account and send us a message letting us know you want to cancel your visit.

  • Our team will follow up with you to assist!
