Where are my medications coming from?

Prescriptions are fulfilled by our mail order pharmacy partner Truepill, an NABP accredited digital pharmacy. The medications shipped by Truepill are the same medications stocked by your local pharmacy. All mail orders come with free shipping.

Do you ship to my address?

Currently, mail delivery ships to 50 states and the District of Columbia. We are not able to ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

Will I be billed on a renewing basis?

Yes - you can see the details on the checkout page. If your prescription has 2 refills on it, you will be billed again when each of your next refills are ready to be sent (see screenshot below for an example).

You can always cancel an upcoming order before it is processed by going to your Prescriptions page and selecting your medicine from the list.

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

No, for your convenience signatures are not required for delivery.

What will my package look like?

Your order will be shipped in a discreet, plain padded envelope.

What if I need help with my order?

If you have any questions, we’re here to help. Log in to your account and send us a message. Our Patient Support team is available to help with delivery orders Monday-Friday from 9AM to 5PM (PST).
