We do not routinely treat BV (bacterial vaginosis) yet. This infection is located in the vagina, and so it is different than a UTI. It requires a different treatment than a UTI and is best diagnosed in-person. A walk-in clinic, Planned Parenthood, or an urgent care are good options.
