After your medical consultation, the doctors may send over a treatment plan. If the treatment plan includes a prescription, the medical team will let you know that they've sent the prescription to your pharmacy by sending you a message in the secure message center. This is the secure chat that you can see by logging into your account and selecting "Messages" or the message icon. More instructions on how to access that here.

If you chose GoGoMeds mail-order pharmacy for home delivery:

  1. The first thing you'll need to do is set up an account at GoGoMeds. You'll usually need to enter in your name, address, date of birth, and payment information.

  2. Select Add A New Prescriber.  Enter the last name of your prescriber (you can find this in your Messages, the provider will be the one who told you "I just sent your prescription to...")

  3. Enter our zip code - 94107

  4. Add and save the prescriber

While we sent the prescription immediately, it can take 3-5 days for them to process and ship your order.
