Step 1: Sign Up or Sign In

The first thing you'll need to do is create an account, which you can do from the homepage of our website. This is your personal account, so never share accounts with someone else or let someone else set up your account for you.

If you already have an account, use the Sign In button to log in to your account.

Step 2: Start a Visit

Once you are logged into your account, navigate to the Services tab and click Start Now on the service type that you want to complete a visit for.

Step 3: Submit Your Visit

You'll need to complete all the required steps for your visit before our medical team can review your information.

Before you submit your visit, you will need to:

  • Confirm which state you are physically located in at the time of your visit

  • Fill out an intake interview

  • Enter your payment information

  • Take a selfie and a photo of your ID

  • Review and confirm details of your medical history

Step 4: Check Your Messages

Once you have submitted your visit, a licensed provider in your state will review your information and follow up with you through the secure messages in your account. You can access your secure messages by clicking Messages at the top of the page.

This message center is where our medical team will send you important information and ask follow up questions, so make sure you check your messages. You can also send our team messages here if you have any questions or need assistance!

You will receive an email when you receive a new message, but you can also turn on text notifications under the Notifications tab if you prefer. To enable text notification, you will need to provide a valid U.S. phone number and enter a verification code that is texted to you.

Step 6: Review Your Treatment Plan

When your consultation is complete, the medical team will send you information about your treatment plan and recommendations in your Messages. Make sure to review this information carefully and send us a message if you have any questions.

If a prescription was written as part of your treatment plan, you can review its details and select your preferred pharmacy under the Prescriptions tab under your account.

Step 7: Keep Us Posted!

If you have any questions or concerns after your visit, log in and send us a message
