The doctors at HeyDoctor will send you a message through your Secure Message Center when they've finished reviewing your medical visit and created a treatment plan. If they have included a prescription as part of your treatment plan, they will also let you know when they have sent that prescription to the pharmacy that you selected. 

They will not email, text, or call you, so be sure you check back in the Secure Message Center - instructions for how to access that here. We use this message system to communicate all information related to your visit to keep your information private and secure.
