Here's a step-by-step guide to help you double-check the pharmacy you chose during your visit.
- Log into your HeyDoctor account on a laptop or through the browser on your phone.
- Select Prescriptions (left-hand side of the page on a computer or mobile browser, or bottom menu bar from a phone).
3. Select the prescription that you would like to check on.
4. On this page, you'll see your pharmacy information listed. If you haven’t selected a pharmacy to send a prescription to, you can do so on the Prescriptions page. You will see an alert next to any prescriptions that still need a pharmacy selection.
5. If you need to change a pharmacy for any reason, just log in and send us a message with the name, phone number, and address for the new pharmacy. Need it quickly? You can also call the new pharmacy that you’d like to use, and ask them to transfer the prescription over from the original pharmacy!
